Catalyst Change out
The service includes certified and train technician for confine space entry equipped to perform catalyst change-out in both normal and inert atmospheres.It covers tasks such as unloading media, internal cleaning, and reloading new or sieve media.
Catalyst seiving
Sieving is an important step to ensure that the catalyst bed is uniform and that the new or recycled catalyst has the appropriate size distribution. The process typically involves the use of specialized equipment like vibrating screens or sieves that separate catalyst particles into different size fractions.
Catalyst loading
The loading process involves the careful and controlled insertion of catalyst particles (which could be in the form of pellets, beads, or powder) into the reactor using hopper or jumbo bag. The goal is to ensure an even and efficient distribution of the catalyst within the reactor bed to optimize performance and reaction rates.
